Pickups / Can I Visit Your Nursery?

You’re welcome to pick up plants purchased online from our main nursery in Glenorie, but only by appointment and after you’ve received a confirmation of collection email from us.

We’re a wholesale production nursery with four different growing sites across New South Wales, which means we don’t have a retail storefront open to the public. This setup helps us offer you great savings when you buy directly from us online! Please note, we don’t have retail staff available to answer questions in person, but we’re always updating our plant info, stock updates, fact sheets, and social media channels like Instagram and Facebook. So, feel free to keep an eye on those for the latest details!

When will my order be delivered?

For general Sydney Metropolitan deliveries, expect your plants to arrive within 2 to 10 business days once they’re ready for delivery. If any items are out of stock and need to be sourced off-site, please allow an extra 3 working days for delivery. If you need your order on a specific date, express or at a specific time, please choose the Express delivery option at checkout.

What is your address?
Our nursery is located in 2157 Glenorie, NSW. However, we only provide the exact address with your receipt of purchase since we are by appointment only for pick-ups from new customers.

 When will my plant be ready for collection? 

Generally speaking, most of the plants on the site are in stock, you can collect within a couple of hours. All the plants that have the "In Stock, Off Site" need to be brought in from one of our off site production Nurseries. Usually we get deliveries once a week.

Can we refer our landscaper directly to you?
Absolutely! Please have them email us at info@budgetnursery.com.au.

We currently supply some of the biggest landscapers in Sydney daily, as well as well-known retailers like Bunnings, Kmart, Woolworths, and many local garden centres and nurseries all along the beautiful East Coast of Australia.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Yes, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange if you’re not satisfied with the quality of our plants. Please note, all claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you simply change your mind, a 20% processing fee and pickup charges will apply.

Do you deliver to areas outside of Sydney Metro?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of plants being living products, many couriers, including Australia Post, don’t offer reliable delivery for them. At this time, we only deliver within the Sydney Metro area.

However, if you’re placing an order over $2000 and are located outside the Sydney Metro, we may be able to help arrange delivery. Please feel free to email us at info@budgetnursery.com.au with any questions, and we’ll do our best to assist!

Do you supply soil and other Landscape supplies? At this stage, we supply plants only. You could try Bunnings, Kmart or Woolworths for Bags of soil, or your local Landscape Supplier for larger quantities.

While we do our best to update our website regularly, plants are constantly being pruned, fed, and maintained to keep them healthy and thriving. Since they also change with the seasons, some descriptions may vary from day to day without immediate updates. We appreciate your understanding!
