Can We Visit Your Nursery?
Your welcome to come out and collect plants bought online by appointment from our nursery in Glenorie only AFTER we have sent you a confirmation of collection email.
We do not open to the public due to being based on four different New South Wales wholesale Nursery production only growing sites. We are a wholesale production nursery offering massive savings when you buy direct. Keep in mind we do not have retail staff to assist you with questions and advise but we are always updating the plant information, stock updates, fact sheets, instagram, Facebook and many more online and social media channels every day and will continue to do so.
When will I get my delivery? All General Shipping Sydney Metropolitan plant deliveries generally take between 2 and 10 business days after your plants have been declared ready for delivery. All in stock off site items will generally add 3 working days to this time frame. If you need a specific date or time, you must pay the Premium delivery fee.

What is your address? - 2157 Glenorie, NSW EXACT ADDRESS GIVEN WITH RECEIPT OF PURCHASE (We do not show our address because we are only open by appointment for pick up for new customers)

When will my plant be ready for collection?
Generally speaking, most of the plants on the site are in stock, you can collect within a couple of hours. All the plants that have the "In Stock, Off Site" need to be brought in from one of our off site production Nurseries. Usually we get deliveries once a week. Can I get a delivery on a specific day? Premium Delivery Service
If we have at least 2 working days days notice, we can normally arrange a specific delivery day and time for you. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org if your looking for confirmation first with your delivery date, the plants required and delivery suburb and we will let you know within 24 hours. Fees apply.
Can we refer our Landscaper direct to you?
Yes, and we have different Landscape plan or schedule prices. Fax your quote to: 9653 1507 or email email@example.com
We currently supply all of the biggest landscapers in Sydney every day. Along with Bunnings, Kmart, Woolworths and your local Garden Centres and nurseries all along the beautiful East Coast of Australia.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Yes, we will gladly refund or exchange if you are not happy with the quality of our plants. All claims are only recognized within 24 Hours (20% processing + Pickup charges apply if you simply change your mind)
Do you deliver to other areas besides Sydney metro?
Sorry, as plants are a living thing many couriers, Australia Post and other delivery services do not offer delivery. at this stage we do not offer this product to other states and areas. If you are buying large amounts (orders over $1500) outside Sydney Metro, we may be able to help you arrange delivery. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Do you supply soil and other Landscape supplies? At this stage, we supply plants only. You could try Bunnings, Kmart or Woolworths for Bags of soil, or your local Landscape Supplier for larger quantities.
