Unloading at Customer Site

1. Machinery & additional staff is required from the customer on site for the, Workplace Health & Safety compliant, unloading of stock 500mm pots / 75lt & larger. Failure to provide the necessary equipment will result in the stock not being released and a redelivery fee of $150 (inc GST) in addition to the original delivery fee.
2. We must be advised if your delivery requires the driver to drop the plants more than 5 meters from the truck immediately. Failure to provide the necessary notification will result in the stock not being released and a redelivery fee of $150 (inc GST) in addition to the original delivery fee.

Futile trips - Re-delivery

1. Orders cancelled/postponed whilst in transit or on arrival to site will incur a minimum $200 (ex GST) charge in addition to the original delivery fee.
2. All costs involved with processing stock due to a futile trip will be passed directly onto the customer/party responsible for order payment.
